In large bowl drizzle croutons with Herb Oil and sprinkle with paprika. Toss while you do this to ensure even coating. Note: Be sure not to crush up croutons while tossing. Spread in a single even layer on parchment lined sheet pans. Bake in 300° convection oven, fan on, for 8-10 minutes until crisp throughout. Be sure to stir ½ way through cooking. Let cool on sheet pans, then place in airtight container and store at room temperature. |
