Sensitivity

Stir well before each use. Keep refrigerated at all times.

Ingredients

5 3/4 cup

11 ½ cups

Specs

A. canolive oil

1 quart

2 qt

 

rosemary, fresh minced

1/4 cup

½ cup

 

thyme, fresh minced

1/4 cup

½ cup

 

garlic, fresh minced

1/4 cup

½ cup

 
       

B. red chili flakes

2 tsp

4 tsp

 

extra virgin olive oil

1 cup

2 cup

 

tomato granules

2 TBSP

¼ cup

 

dehydrated shallots

2 TBSP

¼ cup

 

salt mix 3:1

1 TBSP

2 TBSP

 
       

Combine "A" ingredients in heavy saucepan, place over medium heat and bring to a simmer.

Let cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let cool to room temperature.

Add "B" ingredients, and whisk well.

STIR WELL BEFORE EACH USE!

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
