Oven Dried Tomatoes 1 cup 4 cups  
Roasted Garlic 1 TBSP ¼ cup  
roasted red bell pepper, seeded & coarsely chopped 1/4 cup 1 cup  
red chili flakes 1/4 tsp 1 tsp Harvest
water 1 cup 4 cup  
red wine vinegar 1/4 cup 1 cup  
olive oil 3/4 cup 3 cups  
Crostini 4 each 16 each  
Spicy Paprika Almonds 10 each 40 each  
salt mix 3:1 1/2 tsp 2 tsp  
black pepper, fresh ground fine 1/4 tsp 1 tsp  
medium chili powder blend 1 tsp 4 tsp Harvest

Place all ingredients except oil in robot coupe.

Process until smooth, then slowly add oil.

Mixture should be smooth, with all oil incorporated.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
