potato bread slices 2 each   Macrina
Crab Sandwich Filling 4 oz wt    
Cougar gold cheese, sliced 1/8" thick 2 oz wt    
olive oil 1 tsp    
White Bean Salad

or:

4 oz wt    
Paprika Parm Fries 6 oz wt    
Plate Garnish:

Marinated Olives

3 each    
       

Preheat Panini press to 200° .

Place Cougar Gold slices on each piece of the potato bread.

Spread one side with crab filling, close sandwich, brush outside with olive oil and place in Pannini press.

Grill 3 minutes, until hot inside.

Cut in half on the bias and stack in lower front of large racetrack oval.

Place fries or white bean salad at back of plate.

Place olives in front right corner of plate. Serve.
