Roasted Wild Mushrooms 1 cup 3 cups  
Balsamic Roasted Onions ½ cup 1 ½ cups  
Italian parsley, minced 1 TBSP 3 TBSP  
basil chiffonade 2 TBSP 6 TBSP  
olive oil 1 TBSP 3 TBSP  
balsamic vinegar 1 TBSP 3 TBSP  
salt mix 3:1 ¼ tsp ¾ tsp  
       

Place all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl and mix with a spoon.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
