A:

tarama fish roe

½ cup 1 ½ cups  
bread crumbs, soft 2 cups 6 cups  
garlic, minced 2 tsp 2 TBSP  
onion, minced 1 ½ cup 4 ½ cups  
lemon juice, fresh ½ cup 1 ½ cups  
egg yolk, pasteurized 1 fl oz 3 fl oz  
water, cool 1 ¼ cups 3 ¾ cups  
black pepper, fresh ground fine ¼ tsp ¾ tsp  
B:

canola oil

1 cup 3 cups  
olive oil 1 ½ cups 4 ½ cups  
       

Place "A" ingredients in robot coupe and process until smooth.

Slowly add "B" oils and process until incorporated.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
