Saute "A" ingredients in medium saute pan over med.-high heat, until onions
are translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
Add "B" ingredients and cook 5 more minutes.
Remove from heat let cool to room temperature, toss sauce with "C"
ingredients, place in a clean container.
Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
