Ingredients

6 gallons

 

Specs

plum tomato fillets, diced ½" 2 gallons    
pureed plum tomatoes 4 gallons    
       

Mix ingredients together in a large bucket.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.

Make sure to stir before filling containers and before using.
