lemon zest, minced
In mixing bowl, stir together Ouzo and prawn stock.
Sprinkle xanathan across top of liquid.
Let sit 5 minutes, then whisk together well.
Add "B" ingredients and whisk well to blend.
Place in clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
