Ingredients

A:

Ouzo

¼ cup 1 ½ cups  
Prawn Stock (see recipe Stocks & Broths) 1 cup 6 cups  
xanathan gum ¼ tsp 1 ½ TBSP  
B:

lemon zest, minced

2 TBSP ¾ cup  
red chili flakes 1 tsp 2 TBSP  
extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup 1 ½ cups  
oregano, minced ¼ cup 1 ½ cups  
Italian parsley, minced ¼ cup 1 ½ cups  
garlic, chopped 1 TBSP 6 TBSP  
salt mix 3:1 1 tsp 2 TBSP  
       

In mixing bowl, stir together Ouzo and prawn stock.

Sprinkle xanathan across top of liquid.

Let sit 5 minutes, then whisk together well.

Add "B" ingredients and whisk well to blend.

Place in clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
