Specs

White Sauce 2 cups 4 cups  
eggs, lightly beaten 12 each 24 each  
ricotta cheese 2 cups 4 cups  
Asiago, grated 1 cup 2 cups  
nutmeg, fresh grated ¼ tsp ½ tsp  
thyme, fresh minced 1 tsp 2 tsp  
white pepper, ground ¼ tsp ½ tsp  

Whisk all ingredients together in stainless mixing bowl.

Place in clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.

Note:

USE COLD WHITE SAUCE.
