Mayonnaise 2 cups    
Roasted Garlic 1 cup    
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp    
Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp    
Salt Mix As needed    
Ground Black Pepper As needed    
Warm Water 2 Tbsp    
       
       

Directions:

In a food processor, puree the roasted garlic, water, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix with mayo in a stainless steel bowl and adjust seasoning to your taste.

Excellent with Fried Seafood!!
