Dijon mustard 4 TBSP ½ cup  
horseradish, freshly grated 1 cup (loosely packed) 2 cups  
honey 1 TBSP 2 TBSP  
olive oil 2 TBSP ½ cup  
sour cream 2 cups 4 cups  
salt mix 3:1 2 tsp 4 tsp  
black pepper, fresh ground ½ tsp 1 tsp  
champagne vinegar 1 tsp 2 tsp  

Combine all ingredients in the robot coupe until smooth and creamy.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
