Champagne Vinaigrette ¼ cup ¾ cup  
Mayonnaise ¼ cup ¾ cup  
       
crab meat, check for shell fragments 1 lb wt 3 lb wt  
       

In a stainless steel bowl mix mayonnaise and vinaigrette together with a whisk.

Using a spatula or spoon, gently fold in crab meat.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
