blue cheese 3 lb    
mayonnaise 2 gallons    
sour cream 1 tub (5#)    
half & half 1 quart    
red onion 1 large    
white vinegar 1 cup    
parsley, chopped 1 bunch    
salt 2 TBSP    
pepper 2 TBSP    
garlic, peeled, chopped ¼ cup    
       

Chop onion in robot coupe with garlic.

Put all ingredients in a large bowl or Hobart and mix until evenly dispersed.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate
