water, cool |
¾ cup |

salt mix 3:1 |
¼ tsp |

white
pepper, fine ground |
1/8 tsp |

|
Puree all ingredients in bar blender until smooth.
Sieve through fine chinoise (china cap).
Discard pulp.
Save puree.
Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.
