Ingredients

   

Specs

asparagus, blanched 4 lbs    
Balsamic Vinaigrette (see recipe Salad Dressings) 3 oz    
pistachios, toasted and coarsely ground ½ cup    
salt mix 3:1 ½ tsp    
black pepper, freshly ground ¼ tsp    
       

In a stainless steel bowl, toss all ingredients.

Place in a clean container. Label, date, initial and refrigerate.

NOTE:

Make in small batches.
